Privacy and terms
This page covers two things: what happens to information when you use this website, and the terms you agree to by using it. It is written in plain English, not legal language. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it.
This page is about this website only. It is not the rental agreement for a container. If you rent from us, the terms of that rental are in the agreement you sign, and this page neither repeats nor changes it.
What this site collects
Analytics. Every page on this site loads Google Analytics 4, Google's analytics service. We use it to see how the site is being used, so we know which pages are worth improving. It runs on every page load, and this site does not ask you to accept cookies before it does. Analytics keeps two kinds of records, for different lengths of time: details about what you did during a visit are kept for 2 months, and a record that recognizes you as a returning visitor is kept for 14 months, with that 14 months starting over each time you visit again.
Hosting. This site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel keeps logs of the requests it serves for us.
Error monitoring. We use Sentry to tell us when something on the site breaks. When it is switched on, it sends us the technical details of the fault. It does not record your session, and it does not trace your visit from page to page.
When you ask us for a quote
The quote tool. Our quote page carries a quote tool run by Stella, the software company we use for quoting and scheduling. When you fill it in, the name, phone number and delivery address you enter go to Stella rather than to this website. The quote page is the only page on this site that carries the tool.
Advertising
Advertising. This site carries no advertising, remarketing or conversion tracking tags.
Who else sees it
The services named above are the only outside parties that receive information from this site. We use what they give us to answer your enquiry, quote your job, and keep the site working.
Your information
Your information. If you want to know what we hold about you, or you want it deleted, email us at info@packnstoreportablestorage.com and tell us what you are asking for.
If you would rather not be counted in our analytics, your browser's privacy settings or a tracker-blocking extension will stop it.
Terms of use
Using this site. You are welcome to read this site and to use the quote tool to ask us for a quote.
What the site tells you. These pages describe our containers, our service area and our pricing in general terms. A quote for your own address is the only thing that gives you real figures for your job, because what transportation costs depends on where you are. We keep the site accurate and current, and we cannot promise it is free of errors.
What we ask you not to do. Do not scrape or republish the site wholesale, do not try to break into it or disrupt it, and do not use it to send us anything unlawful or abusive.
Copyright. The text, the image files and the logo on this site are ours. Please ask before copying or republishing any of it elsewhere.
Links out. Some pages link to our Google listings and other outside pages. We do not control what appears on them.
Changes to this page. We update this page when what we do changes. The date below is when it last changed.
