Storage at Our Facility
If there is no room for a container at your property, or you would rather it were not sitting in the driveway for months, we deliver it, you load it, and then we pick it up and keep it at our Carver yard. When you want it back, we bring it to whatever address you tell us.
When This Makes Sense
No room on the property
A short driveway, a shared lot, or a town street where a container cannot sit.
HOA or landlord restrictions
Some associations and leases do not allow a container on the property, or not for long.
Long gaps
Between selling and buying, during a long renovation, or an extended time away.
Appearance
Some people simply do not want a steel box in front of the house for three months.
How It Works: Two Options, Both at the Same Rent
Option 1: load at our Carver yard
- You bring your belongings to our Carver yard and load the container there.
- We store it until you want it back.
No transportation trips, so no transportation charge.
Option 2: we deliver, you load, we collect
- We deliver the container to you.
- You load it at your own pace.
- We pick it up and bring it to our Carver yard.
- When you are ready, we deliver it to your address.
Two transportation trips at minimum, each its own trip and each quoted for your address before it happens.
Where Your Container Is Kept
Your container is stored at our Carver yard. It sits outside, in the open. The container itself is weatherproof steel, and the yard is fenced and gated, with cameras and lighting.
Most loaded containers sit at ground level; empty ones are usually stacked. If yours is stacked when you need it, we bring it down to ground level for you at no charge.
You can get to your container during yard hours, normally 8:30am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday, with a call ahead so we can have it accessible.
