Why a Container Instead of a Storage Unit
With a storage unit you load a truck, drive it, unload it, and then do the whole thing again in reverse when you need your things back. With a container, everything is handled once, and it is handled at your own property.
That is the practical difference. Whether it is the right one depends on whether you have room for a container where you are, and if you do not, storage at our facility is the same container without the driveway.

Placement
Where the container can sit depends on the approach to your driveway, overhead clearance, the surface and grade, and whether the truck can turn around. We go over your specific address before scheduling rather than assuming: how it works walks through the whole sequence.
Common Questions
- How long can I keep the container?
- One month minimum, then month to month for as long as you need it.
- Do I need a permit?
- We place containers on private property only, so no town permit is needed. If you rent, or your property is in a condo or homeowners association or on a private road, check with them first — those rules are separate from anything the town requires, and it's worth getting written permission before delivery day.
- Can I get into it whenever I want?
- It is on your property, so yes, whenever you like.
