- Yes. The roads are narrow at that end and beach traffic builds in season, so it takes more planning than an inland address. The lot sizes mean placement options are often limited to one or two spots, which I'd rather identify beforehand.
- There are stone walls either side of my driveway entrance. Is that a problem?
- It can be, and it's the single most common reason a Duxbury delivery needs rethinking. The truck needs both the width at the gap and the swing to come round into it. Send me a photograph taken from the road and I'll tell you honestly.
- My house is down an old private lane. Can you use it?
- Possibly. It depends on whether trucks are permitted, how wide the lane runs at its narrowest, and whether the surface will carry a loaded vehicle. Some of these lanes were laid out long before anything this size existed, so I check rather than assume.
