- No, provided there's a firm route in and a firm place to set it down. Pavement or well-compacted gravel may be what makes it work. What I won't do is take a loaded truck across bog edge or wet ground and leave ruts in your property.
- The road to my house is a private lake road. Can you use it?
- Usually, as long as commercial trucks are allowed on it and the surface will carry the weight. That's worth checking with whoever maintains the road before we book, because a private way that bans trucks is one of the few things that stops a Halifax job outright.
