- The road to my house is a private way maintained by the association. Is that a problem?
- Rarely, but it's their call before it's mine. Two things need answering: whether trucks are permitted at all, and whether the surface has been maintained well enough to carry one loaded. Both are easier to establish before we schedule than at the top of the lane.
- My house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Will the truck be able to turn?
- Generally, and the shape of the circle is never what decides it. Parked cars, landscaping islands and basketball hoops are. If the neighbours can leave the turning area clear during the delivery window, an awkward job becomes a simple one.
